  • Multiple Shipments: If your order includes items from different suppliers, you may receive your items in separate packages.

  • We currently ship to customers within the United States.
    Tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available from our suppliers.

  • Delays due to customs, local courier services, or unforeseen events are outside of our control, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

  • You will only be charged once for each order, even if it arrives in multiple packages.

  • This is because our suppliers ship directly from their warehouses, not from our company.

  • We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Since we work with third-party suppliers, all return requests must be pre-authorized. Please contact our support team before returning any items.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards

    • Opened personal care products
